Remote Pro Install:
Our professional concert technicians have been trained to install and integrate everything into your system and workflow. An installer will connect with you via a Zoom call, enabling them to share control of your computer and assist you through the process of installing the software, plugins, and virtual backgrounds. Our technicians will then verify all relevant computer settings and give you some basic training to allow you to get the most out of your product.

To use the system installed by ESS is like going from training wheels to the Tour de France overnight. Until that point, I never had consistency in the audio and visual quality we presented during our interviews, meetings and podcasts…and I’m an audio engineer! The simplest changes made such a great impact. It was immediate payoff, as we had a team meeting two days later, and we were able to easily use the switcher to pull up a presentation, allowing us to simultaneously see our team and review protocols. I believe the conversation went something like "Let’s see if this works. Can you see us? Can you see the presentation? Yes it was that easy!!! It really works!" The kindness and professionalism shown by this team, and the overall quality of the product they install, is what I have come to expect from our roadie community. Product will be shipped within 2 business days after payment. Expedited shipping is available. If you order a Pro Installation, your products will be shipped to your local technician for your convenience. Our technician will deliver and install on a mutually agreed-upon date.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-designed virtual backgrounds and products damaged after receipt. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to request a return authorization for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
